The study – published in the journal Addiction , looked moderately heavy smoker 20 . Smokers not smoked for 15 hours before the test .
All participants were shown images that are related to smoking and neutral images before or did they sit or stand 15 minutes moderate exercise on stationary bike .
Then again they are showing those images . The research team use the latest technology to tracking eye movements . They can show not only the length of time that people see images that had to do with smoking, but also how quickly pictures of cigarettes amounted to assault their attention compared with images that skishin to do with smoking tobacco .
The study showed a 11 % difference in how long they exercised over those who do not exercise saw the images that had to do with smoking tobacco .
Also , after exercise , participants were needed more time to look at images that had to do with smoking tobacco .
So therefore exercises seem to reduce the power of those images to abduct the attention of those who exercise .
Many studies so far have confirmed that exercise can reduce desire and responsibility to smoking signals , so if he wants to let the tobacco exercised .
