Komisioni i Integrimit ka miratuar vetëm me votat e shumicës projektligjin për asistencës së shërbimit doganor me kompaninë “Crown Agents”.
Opozita u shpreh kundër kësaj kontrate, që sipas deputetit të PD, Genc Ruli është një nga më të dobëtat e realizuara ndonjëherë nga shteti shqiptar.
“Kontrata nuk ka parashikuar asnjë penalitet për ‘Crown Agents’ nëse ajo nuk përmbush kërkesat. Nuk është respektuar transparenca dhe rregullat ligjore për kontratën. Kompania ‘Crown Agents’ në rajon ka dështuar. Kontrata nuk duhet të miratohet”, ka theksuar Ruli.
Ndërkohë, zv.ministri i Financave, Ervin Mete ka theksuar se kompania ‘Crown Agents’ është e njohur për një sërë projektesh të ngjashme në rajon dhe se gjithçka do të nënshkruhet në përputhje me ligjin.
Deputeti i PS-së, Taulant Balla theksoi se kontrata do të sjellë 90 milionë euro me shumë në dogana që në vitin e parë.
