Avokati i Popullit, Igli Totozani vizitë zyrtare në Itali – Avokati i Popullit niset sot për një vizitë zyrtare në Itali me ftesë të Koordinatores Kombëtare të Mbrojtësve Civile të Italisë, zonja Laura Franchini. Sikurse dihet në Itali nuk ka një Avokat Popullit për gjithë vendin, por ka Mbrojtës Civil për çdo rajon.
Avokati i Popullit, Igli Totozani është ftuar të marri pjesë në takimin Kombëtar të Mbrojtësve Civilë, i cili do të mbahet në datën 18 nëntor 2013 në Romë. Gjatë qëndrimit në Itali, Avokati i Popullit do zhvillojë takime me gjithë Mbrojtësit Civile të Italisë, me të cilët do diskutojë mbi mundësinë e shfrytëzimit të këtyre institucioneve nga ana e emigrantëve shqiptarë.
Një takim të veçantë Totozani do e zhvillojë me Ministrin Fuqiplotë, Drejtor për Ballkanin, Carlo Lo Cascio. Si pjesë dhe strategji të punës së tij, Avokati i Popullit ka përpjekjet për të nxitur bashkëpunimin me homologët në vendet ku jetojnë shumë qytetarë shqiptarë.

As known in Italy there is a Lawyer People all over the country , but Civil Defence for each region .
Ombudsman Staf is invited to attend the meeting of the National Civil Defenders , which will be held on November 18, 2013 in Rome . During his stay in Italy , the Ombudsman will meet with all Civil Defenders of Italy who will discuss the possibility of using these institutions by emigrants .
A special meeting will hold Totozani Minister Plenipotentiary , Director for the Balkans , Carlo Lo Cascio . And strategies as part of its work , the Ombudsman efforts to promote cooperation with counterparts in countries where many Albanian citizens .

申訴專員斯塔夫應邀出席本次會議，這將是2013年11月18日在羅馬舉行的全國民事後衛。他在意大利逗留期間，申訴專員將滿足所有公務員的意大利後衛將討論誰使用這些移民機構的可能性。
將舉行特別會議Totozani全權公使，巴爾幹半島，卡羅羅卡西奧主任。戰略作為其工作的一部分，申訴專員努力促進合作與對口國家，許多阿爾巴尼亞公民。
