23-vjeçari: E vrava pa dashje të dashurën- Vrasësi i 19-vjeçares Mbaresa Torba tha para gjykatës se ngjarja ishte aksidentale. Elsjon (Arbër) Dedja , vjeç 23 nga Peshkopia u arrestua pak ore pas vrasjes së vajzes së re me armë zjarri. 
I arrestuari doli para gjykates per te marre masen e arrestit. Gjate seances para gjykates ai dha nje version per ngjarjen tragjike duke thene se kishte shkuar te takonte te dashuren e tij. Ai tregon se eshte marre ne telefon nga e dashura e tij Mbaresa me te cilen kishte lidhje te hershme, por duke qene person ne kerkim nga policia vendtakimi ishte ne stallen e bagetive te gjyshit te tij ne vendin ku ka ndodhur dhe krimi.
23-vjeçari ka pranuar vrasjen duke thene se gjithçka ndodhi pa dashje dhe ka kerkuar meshire, ndersa Gjykata e la ate ne burg pa afat deri ne perfundim te procesit per ngjarjen qe duket se po zbardhet shume shpejt.
